777liv applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as a mandatory step before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires you to submit valid identification documents and, where applicable, proof of the payment account registered in your name.
Accepted Philippine government-issued identification documents include, but are not limited to: Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Postal ID, and PRC ID. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law, including liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
